Our "Perfect Fit" Return Policy

We want you to feel powerful in your Alkaline gear. If it’s not the perfect fit or doesn't meet your performance standards, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• 
  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  
• 
  All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  
• 
  For hygiene reasons, sports bras must be tried on over your own lingerie.
  

How to Make a Return

1. 
   Start Your Return: Email us at support@alkalineclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. ALternnatively, go to yur account>manage order and follow return instructions.
   
2. 
   Pack It Up: Place the items back in their original packaging.
   
3. 
   Ship It Back: We recommend using a tracked service. Please note that return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
   
4. 
   Get Paid: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
   

Exchanges

Ordered a Medium but need a Small? No problem. Follow the return process above and specify "Exchange" in your email. We will ship your new size out free of charge once the original pair is back with us.
